I had an issue where my patio doors wouldnt lock anymore and needed realignment. They are uPVC multipoint locked ones and are pretty complicated to adjust. The person I called explained the cost of a realignment fix and the options and cost for a weekend visit (it was Saturday morning) or next weeday and i decided to go ahead.
